Wild Furs

 

Even though most of my coats are modeled on women, I primarily use men's patterns because the pieces are outerwear and are unisex. These are examples of the kinds of coats and jackets that I make in wild furs. In my Coyote coats I use full pelts for the body, collar, pockets, and cuffs. The sleeves are quilted fabric for less bulk and less weight. These are Canadian sourced. The outer shells are my usual handcrafted Deer, Moose, Bison etc. All braiding is Deerskin.
